We are supplying a large construction company specializing in the development of large multi-level commercial buildings in London. Projects are commercial properties and industrial buildings. We are currently seeking experienced and skilled construction workers for these projects.
We are looking for experienced construction workers with a minimum of 5 years of experience that have worked in the construction of houses, commercial properties, hotels, and/or industrial buildings. The ideal candidates will be specialists in one of the following areas:
- Steel Fixers
- Formwork Carpenters
- Concrete Finishers/Ground Workers
Responsibilities:
- Execute construction tasks related to your specialty (Steel Fixing, Formwork Carpentry, or Concrete Finishing/Ground Work) on large multi-level commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret construction drawings (an advantage).
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.
- Specialist expertise in one of the following areas: Steel Fixing, Formwork Carpentry, or Concrete Finishing/Ground Work.
- Ability to produce an up-to-date CV.
- Clean police record.
- Possess or be able to obtain a passport.
- Ability to read drawings is an advantage.
- Ability to show photos of previous work is an advantage.
