Job Description Creative Marketing CoordinatorThe chance to make your mark on a brand that refuses to blend in. Someone who gets genuinely excited about creating a Reel that people actually want to watch — but is equally interested in what happened to sales afterwards? We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Coordinator who can bring together creativity, content and commercial thinking to help shape the next chapter of an ambitious, design-led brand. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day marketing activity, turning big ideas into campaigns that people notice and results that can be measured. One day might involve dreaming up and filming a short-form video. The next could see you directing a content shoot, planning a product launch, tweaking paid campaigns or diving into the numbers to work out what’s working — and what needs to change. Building and managing an exciting, joined-up marketing calendar across launches, campaigns, promotions, collaborations and events. Coming up with original campaign concepts, creative ideas and visual direction. Taking the lead on Instagram and TikTok — from strategy and content planning through to scripting, filming, editing, copywriting and community engagement. Creating scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, Stories and other platform-native content. Planning and directing shoots, including concepts, moodboards, styling, shot lists and working with photographers, creators and influencers. Managing and optimising Google Ads, including budgets, targeting, creative testing and performance. Supporting paid social campaigns and constantly testing what makes audiences click, engage and buy. Working with the wider team on landing pages, email campaigns, promotions and other activity designed to turn attention into action. Tracking performance across social, paid media and digital channels — using the numbers to make smarter creative decisions. Building relationships with creators, stylists, designers, press and other exciting partners. Finding opportunities to create content and generate buzz around launches, events, projects and everything else worth talking about. You might currently be working in social media, content, digital marketing or a broader marketing role. Proven hands-on marketing, social media or content experience. A portfolio that shows genuinely original ideas and strong creative execution. Excellent knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including hooks, trends, storytelling and community building. Confidence filming and editing short-form video. A seriously good visual eye and the ability to create content that feels distinctive rather than generic. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt your voice across social, email, web and campaigns. A commercial mindset — you understand that likes are nice, but growth, traffic and revenue matter too. Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your creative spark. Experience across e-commerce, photography, styling, influencer marketing, email, B2B or similar areas would be a bonus. Because you’ll actually get to do the marketing. You’ll have genuine ownership, creative freedom and the opportunity to see your ideas move from a scribble on a page to a finished campaign in the real world. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, have the freedom to experiment and play a meaningful part in shaping the future direction of the brand. If you’re creative enough to make people stop scrolling — and commercially minded enough to care what happens next — we’d love to hear from you.
