Our client, based in Chessington, are looking for a Distribution Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving and growing organisation. You would be responsible for:
- Receiving, handling and processing goods-in and goods-out - this would include import and export documentation.
- Stock control.
- Updating internal database - including movement of stock and creating purchase orders.
- Arranging Shipping of goods (UK and international).
- Supporting the Facilities Manager with building maintenance, safety compliance as well as contract management.
The chosen candidate would need to have inventory management, order fulfilment and logistics knowledge. You would need to be confident dealing with import and export documentations as well as having strong computer, administration and organisational skills.
