Our fantastic client based locally to Richmond are currently recruiting for a Client Engagement Manager to join their team. The role will involve:
- Marketing, promotion and content development:
- Research and create regular content for their marketing channels (predominantly, but not exclusively, LinkedIn, email, Google).
- Identify and research other potential channels to reach their audience.
- Create and execute a full marketing plan for event cycle.
- The analysis and evaluation of campaign performance incl. google analytics, email performance dashboards and social insights.
- Customer engagement:
- Create a relationship with each and every one of your attendees.
- Identify needs and objectives of potential customers.
- Build rapport and ensure retention of customers.
- Database & invitation process:
- Manage a database of c10,000 records on MS Dynamics.
- Create an invitation process to meet required monthly targets.
- Manage the process of identifying and securing new customers.
- Industry:
- Knowledge gathering and understanding your industry through talking to customers, reading press and tracking other industry events.
- Understanding and analysis of competitive events.
- Occasional attendance at functions.
The successful candidate will have the below skills:
- Excellent writing skills to produce compelling campaigns.
- IT skills, with an aptitude for learning new IT systems and managing databases.
- Strong communication skills on email, phone and face to face.
- Organised and efficient.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to create brand presence and lead generation.
