We're working with a well-established business looking for a strategic, commercially minded Client Relationship Director to take ownership of its Client Management function, protect and grow key accounts, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to relationship management, service delivery and business improvement.
The Role
As Client Relationship Director, you will play a key role in shaping business strategy while ensuring client satisfaction, retention and profitability remain at the heart of everything the business does.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the Client Management function, setting clear objectives and driving team performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive-level clients.
- Driving client retention, contract renewals, renegotiations and account development opportunities.
- Monitoring client satisfaction, service performance and commercial results, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Taking ownership of complex client escalations and ensuring effective resolutions are delivered.
- Leading service improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the successful mobilisation of new contracts and the implementation of additional services.
- Working closely with senior management and other departments to support business strategy and growth.
- Using management information, customer feedback and performance data to drive informed decisions.
