This is a varied role where you'll play an important part in managing claims from initial allocation through to completion, while working closely with customers, internal teams and a network of franchise partners. If you're an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail, enjoy coordinating multiple tasks and take pride in providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for claims managed by Head Office and Head Office-owned territories, ensuring they are progressed efficiently and accurately from start to finish. You'll also provide administrative support across the wider business and work closely with the franchise network to help maintain high levels of service.
