At Sussex Campervans we build quality campervans for people who love getting out and exploring - and we stand behind our work long after delivery.
Our Aftercare team looks after servicing, warranty work, habitation checks, upgrades and pre-loved rework so our owners stay happy on the road.
We’re looking for an experienced, practical engineer to join us in that department. This role is hands-on, varied and important - helping our clients throughout ownership and helping us keep our standards high.
About the role:
- Warranty repairs and servicing on new and pre-loved campervans
- Handover support and client walk-throughs
- Upgrades and bespoke client requests
- Rework and quality checks on returned vehicles
- Occasional MOT, habitation and routine checks
You’ll be part of a small, friendly team and help keep our workshop running smoothly.
Who we’re looking for:
- Has strong mechanical skills - ideally from motor mechanics, automotive, caravan/motorhome or leisure-vehicle backgrounds
- Likes problem-solving and getting hands dirty
- Is reliable, organised and can work with customers in a calm, confident way
- Has experience of workshop routines and vehicle diagnostics
- Has a practical approach and a steady eye for quality
- Experience supervising junior staff or helping grow a team is a plus, but not essential.
What matters most is that you’re solid technically and enjoy working with vehicles and people.
