We are seeking a Business and Finance Manager to play a key role in managing the college's finances and operational services. This is a crucial post, responsible for financial oversight, budget management, procurement, and financial compliance. The successful candidate will be line-managed by the MAT Chief Finance Officer and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, supporting decision making and ensuring financial best practice, keeping service to students at the top of the agenda.

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused professional with strong financial expertise and leadership skills. You should have experience in finance management, excellent analytical ability, and the confidence to work collaboratively with senior colleagues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and student-focused environment and is committed to ensuring that resources are used effectively to support education.

We are committed to supporting all staff through professional learning and development. This is a permanent, full-time, all-year-round post subject to the conditions of service handbook of the Sixth Form Colleges Association. Salary will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff pay scale 26 - 30 which is currently £44,203 - £48,665 per annum.
