Retail Assistants – London
Immediate Start – Until December 2025
From £14+ per hour + Commission | Flexible Shifts

As the festive season approaches, we’re excited to launch various in-store campaigns across fragrance, confectionery, and other premium lifestyle brands. We’re on the hunt for passionate, sales-savvy individuals to join our retail team.
Retail Assistants – Role

We’re hiring enthusiastic and proactive Retail Sales Assistants / Brand Ambassadors / Beauty Advisors / Sales Consultants to represent leading brands in-stores around London during the busiest (and most exciting!) time of the year.
Retail Assistants – Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere in-store
- Approach and interact with shoppers to build rapport and identify their needs
- Communicate product benefits with confidence and clarity
- Assist customers in finding the perfect gift or treat for themselves
- Drive conversions and upsell where possible
- Hit sales targets and contribute to team success
- Embody brand values and stay informed on product knowledge
- Support your team in maintaining a high-performing retail environment
What We’re Looking For
