Location: Guildford, Surrey
Rate: £12.25/hr (£25,500 per annum plus overtime) - Week nights from 17:00 to 01:00 Monday to Friday, offering 40 hours per week with plenty of overtime.
We are looking to recruit a Mobile Patrol Officer to service our Mobile Patrol, Alarm Response and Keyholding portfolio in and around Guildford and the county of Surrey. The position involves using a company vehicle to conduct mobile patrols, lock-up and unlock duties as well as responding to intruder alarms.
This position is flexible and the successful candidate needs to be prepared to adapt with the role, which could evolve into week nights and weekend days and nights on a rotating shift pattern, with working hours therefore increasing.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:- Full UK Driving license
- SIA licensed, either SG or DS
- Currently residing in Surrey or near Guildford
- Comfortable working with GPS devices and mobile phones
- Able to work with computers and some knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel would be beneficial
- Willing to work alone
- Able to drive at day/night and be willing to sometimes travel into London using a Company vehicle
- Happy to work additional hours where necessary, including on the opposite shift e.g. days to nights or nights to days
- Patrolling private commercial and residential premises and roads
- Undertaking property inspections as and when requested
- Locking and unlocking premises
- Setting and disarming alarms
- Attending alarm activation and breaches of security
- Working closely with residential security teams, security control room and Mobile Security Managers
- Working remotely
