Excel Staff is recruiting responsible and reliable Minibus Drivers to provide school transport services in the Harrow area. You will be responsible for the safe and punctual transportation of children to and from school each day.
Working Hours (Split Shift)
This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule during school term-time, totalling approximately 25 hours per week:
- Morning Session: 07:00 am - 09:30 am
- Afternoon Session: 02:30 pm - 05:00 pm
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Safe Transport: Drive children to and from school following specific routes and schedules.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the minibus is safe for the road.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the interior and exterior of the vehicle remain clean and orderly.
- Reporting: Document and report any mechanical issues or incidents to management immediately.
Essential Requirements
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license with the D1 category included.
- Driving History: A safe driving record with strict adherence to road safety laws.
- Reliability: A high level of punctuality and personal responsibility.

- Previous experience operating 16-seater minibuses.
