Based in Dudley, we deliver high-quality fit outs and precision sheet metal and wood fabrications for some of the biggest names on the high street.
Were looking for a hands-on HSEQ Advisor to be based at our Dudley manufacturing site, where youll provide day-to-day HSEQ support, promote safe working practices, and help maintain consistent quality and compliance standards across the operation.

What Youll Do
- Provide competent Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality advice to project teams, managers, and site personnel.
- Support compliance with UK legislation, including CDM Regulations 2015.
- Review and support the development of Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and incident investigations across projects and operations.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on HSEQ performance, KPIs, and trends.
- Support environmental initiatives including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability objectives.
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Deliver toolbox talks, briefings, and HSEQ awareness training.
- Maintain accurate HSEQ documentation and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with the HSEQ Manager to develop systems, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Youll Bring
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Good understanding of CDM 2015 and its application within construction projects.
- Confident communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and documentation using Microsoft packages.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
- Desirable: NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Internal or Lead Auditor qualifications (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Environmental regulations experience.
- Experience conducting incident investigations.
