We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join POLARIS and support both our growth and marketing efforts. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves meeting new people, is focused, proactive and hungry for career development.
You’ll help drive sales activity, build our presence across LinkedIn and social channels, create and update content on site, and work closely with our Marketing Manager on campaigns.
Sales & Growth- Booking intro and discovery calls
- Following up leads via email, LinkedIn and phone
- Sales admin and pipeline support
- Office drops and face-to-face outreach
- Supporting the Marketing Manager across campaigns
- Managing and growing company and leadership profiles on LinkedIn
- Taking part in social trends across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Writing marketing content and captions
- Updating website content (blogs, landing pages, updates)
- Being comfortable on camera when needed
- Meeting new people and building relationships
- Representing POLARIS professionally, online and in person
- Acting as a visible, friendly face of the brand
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Interest in both sales and marketing
- Comfortable engaging with people face-to-face
- Tenacious, proactive and motivated
- Passion for content, social media and trends
- Strong written communication skills
- Desirable (but not essential): Knowledge of digital marketing
