What you\’ll do:

We\’re looking for a skilled 18th Edition Electrician to join our expanding team delivering smart electrical solutions across domestic, commercial, and light industrial sites. You\’ll be hands-on with EV charge point installations, Solar PV AC works, and reactive maintenance, helping us drive the UK\’s renewable energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission EV charge points in domestic and commercial settings
  • Carry out AC electrical works related to Solar PV (inverters, mains distribution, system integration)
  • Conduct periodic inspections, testing, and certification (EICs, EICRs, Minor Works)
  • Perform diagnostics, fault finding, and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671) and NICEIC standards
  • Use electronic systems (NIC App, tablet) to complete and upload job documentation
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Conduct site audits and identify/correct poor practice, supporting consistent high standards What we\’re looking for:
  • Fully qualified electrician with 18th Edition BS7671 certification
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing)
  • Valid ECS Gold Card (Approved Electrician level)
  • Full UK driving licence 5+ years\’ experience across domestic and commercial installations
  • Good communication skills and confident customer-facing experience Strong IT skills for commissioning and reporting apps
