We are seeking another financial administrator to join our team in our offices in Spalding. The role involves the liaison between financial advisors, clients and financial product providers.
The job role requires you to:
- Manage financial advisor diaries, booking and confirming appointments with clients, and arrange meeting rooms as required.
- Set up and maintain client records on our computer system (Intelliflo) with initial information and input client meeting notes keeping records up-to-date following administrative system processes.
- Liaise with financial product providers such as Quilter, Prudential, Legal & General chasing product information to progress applications.
- Correspond with clients via telephone and email.
