Residential Property Conveyancer

• Join a dynamic and supportive team of 5 fee earners

• Work on high-value residential property matters (ranging from £400k to £6 million)

• Assist the Head of Residential Property with complex conveyancing transactions

• Manage your own caseload, including:

• Sales and Purchases

• Development work

• Remortgages

• Equity Release Schemes

• Transfers of Equity

• Matrimonial Conveyancing

• Leasework
