A leading commercial law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join its thriving Real Estate team in Leeds. As the successful Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the Real Estate team, managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision. You will focus on a range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions

  • Negotiating development agreements, overage deeds and landlord-tenant documentation

  • Preparing detailed reports on title, certificates of title and advice notes

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects
