We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a small nursing home based in Worthing.

About the Role

  • As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home.
  • You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team.

About You

  • We are looking for a nurse registered manager with a valid MNC PIN local to Worthing.
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
  • History of achieving GOOD CQC reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • A visible, values-led leadership style that motivates and empowers teams.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia.
