Account Manager to join our client's creative and wide-format print studio in London.
For over 20 years, our client has produced high-quality print for the film, TV, and events industries.
Their work is varied, fast-paced, and often bespoke, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent client service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing projects from brief through to delivery, and being part of a close-knit team where their contribution is visible and valued.

Hours
Monday-Friday. 8:30am-5:30pm. Office based.
Salary
- £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

- Senior Print Production Account Manager Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day contact for allocated client projects, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Take detailed client briefs and accurately translate requirements into clear job specifications, ensuring materials, quantities, deadlines, and production requirements are correct.
- Advise clients on suitable materials, finishes, sizes, and production methods, providing guidance on the most effective solutions.
- Check and amend supplied artwork and prepare print-ready files where required.
- Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring costs and margins are maintained.
- Liaise with outsourced print and finishing suppliers to coordinate production and manage project delivery.
- Coordinate with fitters and installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered and installed successfully.
- Manage project timelines, proofs, deliveries, and installations from start to finish.
Keep clients informed throughout the production process and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
- Follow up on completed projects to ensure client satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify further opportunities.
- Support design and production activities where required, including providing hands-on assistance when needed.
- Senior Print Production Account Manager Skills and Experience
- Good artworking skills with the ability to check, amend, and prepare artwork for production.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage specifications, quantities, materials, and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in print production, materials, and manufacturing processes, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Relationship-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client partnerships.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience within large-format print, signage, or wide-format production.
- Confidence using job management or order processing systems (desirable).
- Graphic design experience (desirable).
