Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Production Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the Parkgate area of Rotherham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous production or machine operating experience looking for a long-term position with a stable and established employer.
The Role
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Setting and monitoring machinery throughout the production process
- Loading and unloading materials
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Following production schedules and processes
- Working safely and adhering to all health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Working as part of a busy production team
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience operating machinery
- Good attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a rotating 3-shift pattern
