An excellent opportunity has arisen for a reliable and personable Reception & Facilities Assistant to provide temporary holiday cover for our client based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire. You will be the main point of contact for tenants within the building, providing a friendly and professional service while helping with day-to-day queries, requests and any building-related issues. Alongside managing the reception area, you will also be responsible for regular building checks, mail sorting and ensuring the building is running smoothly.

- Thursday 24th September
- Monday 28th September
- Tuesday 29th September
- Monday 5th - Friday 9th October
Hours are 9.00am - 1.00pm each day. You will also need to be available for a couple of hours' training during w/c 14th September, where you will be shown the building checks, mail sorting and general day-to-day responsibilities.

Duties of a Reception & Facilities Assistant
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and contractors
- Dealing with tenant queries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Carrying out regular building and facilities checks
- Reporting and escalating any maintenance or facilities issues
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Managing the reception and front-of-house area
- Ensuring communal areas are presentable
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers where required
- General administration and ad-hoc duties
