For the successful Machine Operator, our client is offering:
- £35,000 per annum starting salary, rising to up to £40,000 after completing 12 weeks probation
- 3 on 3 off 5.50am to 5.50 pm and 5.50pm to 5.50am (3 days/3 nights)
- Opportunity for progression
- Permanent role

The role - Machine Operator:
- To operate production machinery safely to produce the product to the correct customer specification
- Ensure that all Quality Assurance checks are carried out
- Analyse and adhere to a production plan
- Picking and packing
- Working towards targets
- Using production IT systems
- Working to strict Food Hygiene standards
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
- Food manufacturing experience - DESIRABLE
- Demonstrable stability in work history
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Must be punctual and reliable and willing to work days and nights
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
