Production Operative
Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (1‑hour break) | Friday, 7:30am – 2:00pm (30‑minute break)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Duties of a Bespoke Production Operative
- Manufacturing bespoke products to customer specifications.
- Using a variety of hand tools and workshop equipment.
- Reading and following job sheets and basic production drawings.
- Measuring and assembling components accurately.
- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Working to daily production targets.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
What we would like from you
- Previous experience using hand tools.
- Manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, joinery or workshop experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A practical, hands‑on approach to work.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
