We are looking for an exceptional Care Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a Macclesfield care home which is being re developed!
This is more than a management role. It’s an opportunity to create a home where residents truly live well, families feel absolute trust, and staff are proud of the care they deliver every single day. You will be shaping the home from day one!
About the Role
As Care Home Manager / Registered Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.
You will:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team
- Set and maintain outstanding standards of dementia care and person-centred practice
- Create a warm, homely, and stimulating environment for residents living with dementia
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, with a clear ambition for Outstanding
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively without losing sight of care quality
- Champion continuous improvement and new approaches to dementia care
About You
We are looking for a Registered Manager in Colchester who has has a good track record of GOOD CQC reports!
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager
- History of achieving GOOD CQC reports
- In-depth knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements
- A visible, values-led leadership style that motivates and empowers teams
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia
- Confidence, resilience, and the drive to build something truly special
