HGV Class 1 Driver (Shunter) - Ellesmere PortWe are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work as Shunters for our client based in Ellesmere Port. This is an ongoing opportunity working a 4 on 4 off rota with 17:00 starts.Pay Rates (PAYE Including Holiday Pay)£19.94 per hour - Monday to Friday£24.93 per hour - Overtime Monday to Friday£22.63 per hour - Weekends£28.29 per hour - Overtime WeekendsResponsibilitiesShunting trailers around the yard using Terberg units or tractor units.Moving a variety of trailer types including double-deck, curtainsider and box trailers.Working in line with site paperwork and compliance procedures.Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism at all times.RequirementsFull UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.Valid Digital Tachograph Card.Minimum 12 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience.No more than 9 penalty points.No DD, DR, IN or TT endorsements.Terberg experience preferred but not essential.Shift Pattern4 on 4 off rota17:00 startsOngoing work available
