Are you an experienced Counterbalance Driver looking for reliable, long-term work? We are recruiting in Letchworth with a consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to become part of a supportive team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled forklift operators seeking stable employment with ongoing work and immediate start dates available.
The Role
As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the facility. Your duties will include:
- Operating Counterbalance safely and effectively
- Picking, moving, and storing products within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading inbound and outbound deliveries
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required (!)
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid and in-date Counterbalance Truck licence
- Previous experience operating forklift trucks in a warehouse environment (also with extensions)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to health and safety
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
