About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Production Manager to support our client with their embroidery and print operations. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain quality standards, and ensure orders are completed on time.
This role is approximately 80% hands-on production work and 20% team leadership and support.

Key Responsibilities for Assistant Production Manager
- Support the Production Manager and cover their duties when required.
- Work across embroidery and print production.
- Supervise and support production team members.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Help achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues.
- Support equipment maintenance and servicing.
- Ensure health, safety, and quality procedures are followed.
What We're Looking For Assistant Production Manager
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Hands-on, team-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using IT systems and willing to learn production software.
