An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take the next step in their career through a unique practice ownership and partnership opportunity in Hull. This role is ideal for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon who is looking to combine clinical leadership with the long-term rewards of owning and growing a successful veterinary practice.
Leading a well-established small animal practice, the successful candidate will oversee clinical standards, mentor and develop the veterinary team, and deliver exceptional patient and client care. The practice is well-equipped with modern facilities, including an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound and more, providing everything needed to deliver high‑quality medicine and surgery.

The partnership package offers guaranteed minimum drawings of £75,000 during the early stages, monthly profit share, and the potential to earn £110,000+ per year, with projected earnings increasing significantly over time. The ideal candidate will be an RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical skills, previous leadership or mentoring experience, and the ambition to inspire a high‑performing team while growing a successful business.
