Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing and successful business based in Brough, Hull.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business going through an exciting period of growth and development.
The role will focus on providing excellent B2B customer service, predominantly via email, with some telephone contact.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to B2B customer enquiries and resolving queries efficiently
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Providing delivery and order updates
- Dealing with pricing and invoice queries
- Investigating and resolving customer issues
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a B2B customer service, customer support, sales administration or order processing role.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
