This establishment will feature over 150 seats for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

  • Given the scale and calibre of this operation, the ideal Head Chef will bring proven experience from high-quality, high-volume kitchens—ideally within West End brasseries or similarly fast-paced, premium dining environments."
