We are currently looking for a Sales Support professional to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual looking to develop their career within a busy sales and customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer purchase orders accurately.
- Set up new products and assign product numbers within the database.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding previous orders and account information.
- Process exchange and special orders.
- Review and maintain accurate customer accounts.
- Handle customer questions and concerns, providing helpful and timely solutions.
- Support customers by phone, email and in person.
