Role: MIG Welder
Location: Daventry
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week
Voluntary overtime available
Salary: £17.00 - £18.00 an hour, weekly pay

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienceed MIG Welderto join a well-established client based in Daventry, due to continued growth of the business.
Duties of a MIG Welder:
- MIG weld mainly mild steel components to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set and operate MIG welding equipment and associated tools.
- Complete assembly and general fabrication duties including cutting, grinding, drilling and deburring.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and use measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect finished welds and components to meet quality standards.
- Identify and report faults, supporting troubleshooting where required.
- Work to production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and Health & Safety.
What we would like from you:
- Previous MIG welding/fabrication experience, ideally working with mild steel.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work accurately to specifications.
- Confident using hand tools and basic fabrication equipment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to work to production targets while maintaining Health & Safety standards.
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
