Customer Account Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to join a busy and established commercial team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a B2B, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, logistics or similar environment and be confident dealing with business customers.
About You
We are looking for an organised and commercially focused individual who enjoys working with customers and coordinating activity across a business.
You may currently be working in customer account support, B2B customer service, sales administration, order processing, account coordination or a similar commercial role.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience within a B2B or commercial customer service environment, ideally 1-2 years.
- Experience dealing with business customers by telephone and email.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience processing orders or working with customer/account management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in B2B customer service or customer account coordination would be beneficial.
- Experience in sales administration or commercial account support would be advantageous.
- Experience managing and processing customer orders would be beneficial.
- Previous experience within distribution or wholesale environments would be advantageous.
- Experience within manufacturing or automotive environments would be beneficial.
- Experience within logistics or supply chain environments would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within an engineering environment would be beneficial.
- Experience within a trade or merchant environment would be advantageous.
