OA are looking for an experienced Contract/Account Manager to work on our clients site in Northampton,managing their temporary recruitment.

Contract Manager duties:
- Work closely with client to understand their recruitment requirements
- Manage temporary workforce
- Register new candidates, ensuring fully compliant
- Providing regular, accurate and meaningful reports
- Identifying issues early on and create practical solutionsSupporting the client through periods of growth, change and increased demand
What we're looking for in a Contract Manager:
- Background in Recruitment is essential
- Experience within a Contract Coordinator/Manager or Account Manager role
- Confident in speaking and meeting new people is essential
- Willingness to learn is key
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
