An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to join a well-established and growing business based in Northampton. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience by handling telephone and webchat enquiries, qualifying leads, and directing customers to the appropriate sales team members. Alongside customer interaction, you'll support quality monitoring, compliance processes, customer reviews, and a variety of operational and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or administration experience looking to build a long-term career within financial services. Full training will be provided, with genuine opportunities for progression into a regulated sales support role for candidates looking to develop further.

Duties of a Client Relations Executive:

  • Answer incoming telephone and webchat enquiries, qualifying and directing customers to the appropriate Sales Team member.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, engaging telephone manner.
  • Keep the Customer Records Management system up to date with accurate client information and call summaries.
  • Carry out quality monitoring of sales calls and provide constructive feedback to the Sales Team.
  • Support complaints handling and assist with complaint resolution where required.
  • Obtain Trustpilot and Google reviews from customers.
  • Assist with customer due diligence and compliance processes following training.
  • Support the Client Relations Team Manager and Director of Compliance.
