About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and dispatching orders.

You will use forklifts and warehouse management systems to move stock efficiently and safely, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • Valid and in-date forklift truck licence (e. g. counterbalance and/or reach).
  • Confident operating forklifts in a busy warehouse setting.
  • Strong order picking and packing experience with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting tasks.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or handheld scanning devices.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse environment.
