We are currently recruiting Forklift Counter Balance Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse team at Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent his is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual with a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence to become part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities as a Forklift Counter Balance Driver
- Operating Counterbalance FLT and other MHE when required
- Loading, unloading, moving, and rearranging stock safely
- Picking products using handheld digital scanners
- Preparing customer orders accurately and on time
- Carrying out stock and quality checks throughout warehouse processes
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the site
- Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and reporting any incidents
- Working towards customer KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Supporting site projects and additional warehouse tasks as required
What We're Looking For in a Forklift Counter Balance Driver
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence/Certificate
- Previous experience as an FLT Driver in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Flexible approach to work and shift patterns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and undertake further training
