This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK based business as part of a larger international organisation in a fast-paced, influential Senior Business Partnering role. You will be responsible for strategically partnering with the Regional Operations Director and their Leadership team to create and deliver the regional people plan in line with business priorities.

You will act as the role model for the leadership team and the wider organisation in all people and customer interactions and provide direction, strategic thinking and influence. You will be responsible for upskilling and enhancing a team of HR BPs and HR Advisors to be confident to embed best practice and proactively deliver a credible HR service to the region enabling performance and profitable growth.

You will be an active member of the HR Leadership Team, providing a voice back into the development of the function as we work through a period of HR transformation. In addition, key elements of the role include:

As an ideal candidate, you should be professionally qualified to CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) or have demonstrable significant experience at a Senior HR BP level in a fast paced business/es. This should include change management, restructures and TUPE; employment law; managing TU relationships; team development and performance; and managing senior stakeholders.

Personal skills should include communication – both written and verbal; influencing internal and external senior stakeholders; fostering positive relationships; and demonstrable success in leading and developing a team.
