Prior’s Court is a registered charity dedicated to providing education and residential care for young people with complex autism, aged 5-25. Our mission is to empower them to build brighter, more independent futures.
The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and competent Purchasing Administrator to support the Education and Care Teams. This is initially a temporary week to week assignment, starting as soon as possible. You will need proficient Microsoft Office skills, strong organisational and planning skills, and confident communication skills.
- Daily ordering for Education and Care
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods
- Setting up new suppliers including credit accounts and maintaining a database of centralised login details
- Coordinating and managing returns to suppliers
- Booking holidays and trips for our young people
- Ad hoc credit card purchasing

Hourly Rate: £15ph - £16.50ph (based on experience)
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am- 5:30pm
Holidays: 28 days per annum pro-rata
Pension: 3%
