Working as part of our Gatwick Airport based Travel retail team, you will be working within one of the most dynamic retail environments, within the stores of our retail partner World Duty Free. Travel Retail is such an exciting retail opportunity; no 2 days are ever the same! In this role, you will truly be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.
Creativity is our day to day. From the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting consultations where you will help bottle some precious memories for passengers.
The RoleThe primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to deliver on service goals. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment, operations, stock management, on counter events, assisting with opening and closing of the Boutique and housekeeping duties. The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals.

In order to work at any UK airport, you must first obtain an Airside pass, which allows you to work in the airport. Applicants must have an in-date passport, a checkable 5 years work/education history and have a satisfactory security clearance from the relevant airport authority and CRC check.
