We have several opportunities for outstanding people to join Jo Malone London as Fragrance Experts, or Stylists as we like to refer to them – who bring the brands generosity to life within our boutiques through exceptional customer service. Fragrant fun, curiosity and kindness are key. Working as part of our Gatwick Airport based Travel retail team you will be working within one of the most dynamic retail environments, within the stores of our retail partner World Duty Free. Travel Retail is such an exciting retail opportunity, no 2 days are ever the same! In this role you will truly be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts. Creativity is our day to day. From the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting consultations where you will help bottle some precious memories for passengers. The Role The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to deliver on service goals. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment, operations, stock management, on counter events, assisting with opening and closing of the Boutique and housekeeping duties. The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals.
