London/Hybrid

I’m working with an independent, founder-led agency who are looking to grow their social offering and hire a brilliant Social Creative. The agency works with a mix of start-ups, scale-ups and established brands, delivering integrated creative across social, advertising, PR and CRM. Culture is hugely important to them, and they invest heavily in both their people and agency life.

The Role:

They’re looking for a standout Social Creative to create best-in-class paid and organic social content across a range of brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think, shoot and edit, with strong social instincts, a sharp eye for culture and a deep understanding of what makes brands stand out in-feed.

You’ll develop bold, platform-native ideas and bring them to life with craft, personality and attention to detail. Working into the ECD and closely with Social Media Managers, Strategists, Integrated Creatives and the wider studio team, you'll create content that feels fresh, distinctive and genuinely engaging.

From building social-first concepts and spotting cultural opportunities to shooting reactive content and editing fast-turnaround video, you'll play a key role in shaping work from idea to execution. They’re looking for someone ambitious, proactive and confident enough to challenge briefs, spot opportunities and push ideas further. You'll be comfortable moving between reactive content, vox pops, trend-led formats and more structured tactical edits where pace, clarity and accuracy are essential.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both social platforms and brands. You know what works on Instagram and TikTok, but also understand tone of voice, visual identity and how to create content that builds brand equity rather than simply follows trends. You care as much about execution as ideas - from directing talent and framing a shot to editing, pacing and nailing the first three seconds.

Their Wish List:

  • 3+ years' experience creating social-first content in an agency, brand or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, creator culture and emerging social formats.
  • Good knowledge of brand craft, visual identity and creating distinctive, polished content.
  • Confidence shooting and editing across video, static and carousel formats.
  • Strong editing skills across storytelling, pacing, music, supers, transitions, hooks and cutdowns.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects.
  • Proactive, ambitious and full of ideas, with a strong creative point of view.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate social-first ideas that are culturally relevant, brand-aware and built for execution.
  • Create content across reactive, trend-led and tactical formats.
  • Shoot and edit video, static and carousel content while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Contribute confidently on shoots, directing where needed and helping elevate the work.
  • Bring craft and polish to every detail, from framing and pacing to hooks, thumbnails and transitions.
  • Manage multiple brands, briefs and projects while keeping work sharp, accurate and on-brand.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, social, strategy, account management and production teams.

As well as applying here, please email with your portfolio and include anything else that shows why you're perfect for this role. Thanks in advance!
