We’re looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager at Jo Jo’s Day Care Nursery in Herne Bay. This isn’t just another management role. At Jo Jo’s Day Care Nursery, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life. We’re looking for an inspirational, experienced Nursery Manager who shares our passion for delivering outstanding childcare, leading by example, and creating an environment where children, families, and staff flourish.

The Role
- Lead and inspire an experienced, dedicated team.
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
- Ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and care throughout the nursery.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement and support staff development.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and Ofsted expectations.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
- Has previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience.
- Has an excellent understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Is a confident, approachable, and inspirational leader.
- Leads with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Is committed to providing exceptional outcomes for every child.
