What You’ll Be Doing
  • Strategic Finance Business Partnering
    • Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to enhance business performance.
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
    • Analyse financial trends, risks, and opportunities—translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Support business growth by delivering financial models, scenario analyses, and profitability insights.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Leverage Excel and Power BI to create dynamic financial models, reports, and dashboards.
    • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, ensuring accuracy and relevance in decision-making.
    • Continuously refine financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships across the organisation, fostering a culture of financial awareness and accountability.
    • Communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders, empowering them with valuable insights.
    • Support senior leadership with compelling financial presentations and recommendations.
    • Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and oversee financial reporting processes.
    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Maintain oversight of function spend, cost control, and financial discipline across the business.
    • Partner with head office teams to produce comprehensive financial reports and ensure seamless data flow.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems, controls, and processes.

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven finance business partnering experience, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling).
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a wider global finance team.
