We are supporting a respected, purpose-driven professional services organisation to appoint a Sales Enablement Specialist on a permanent basis to play a central role in shaping and delivering its brand, marketing and communications. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and client-facing teams.
The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for producing high-quality, brand-consistent materials that support both commercial activity and internal communications, while also helping to evolve the organisation’s wider marketing approach as it continues to grow. This role will suit someone who enjoys owning delivery, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in producing polished, professional outputs.
The role:
- Design and produce proposals, pitch documents and candidate-facing materials, working from briefs provided by senior colleagues.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all external and internal materials are consistent, accurate and of the highest quality.
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that build reputation and promote services.
- Produce internal communications and presentation materials, including company-wide briefings and updates.
- Support a varied programme of marketing activity, including events, webinars, exhibitions and conferences.
- Contribute to the development of future marketing content, publications and reports as the organisation evolves.
This is a business-critical internal service role with significant visibility across the organisation.
About you:
You will bring a blend of creativity, professionalism and strong organisational skills, with experience working in a stakeholder-led environment. You are likely to have:
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Design or Media, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience delivering branded communications across multiple channels, both digital and traditional.
- An understanding of B2B marketing and brand building, ideally within professional services or consultancy.
- Strong creative judgement with an excellent eye for design and brand consistency.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with confidence.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine team mindset, able to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people.
- A clear commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, and an understanding of how this should be reflected in marketing and communications.
