Are you an organised, detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for supply chain management? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This is a permanent role where you will be on site 4 days a week and able to work from home 1 day.
What You'll Do
- Process commercial and compliance documents for global shipments
- Track and report on consignment ETAs, stock concerns, and potential delays
- Book and manage deliveries with third-party warehouses and hauliers
- Solve operational issues, from late deliveries to damaged stock
- Ensure all deliveries meet compliance and paperwork requirements
- Monitor risks like industrial action or adverse weather, taking proactive action
- Investigate stock discrepancies and support financial reporting
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in purchasing or supply chain
- Degree in Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and IT proficiency (ERP & MS Office)
- Ability to analyse KPIs and drive process improvements
