We are currently working with a leading design and production technology agency to support with 2 permanent Account Manager roles. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong Account Manager experience, responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of design-led packaging solutions.
You will be working closely with Account Directors, acting as the bridge between clients and internal Creative, Design and Develop teams. You will oversee timelines, budgets and quality standards across several well-known international FMCG brands.
Responsibilities- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Translate client objectives into clear Design and Develop briefs.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to creative excellence standards.
- Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling and automation opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance and revenue forecasting.
- Maintain aligned global communication across teams.
- Proactively resolve challenges and provide concise stakeholder updates.
- Support Monthly and Quarterly Account Reviews with performance insights.
- Contribute case studies and lead post-project evaluations to improve client satisfaction.
- Strong client management and commercial acumen.
- Ideally packaging/design account management experience.
- Experience managing £300k+ annual budgets.
- Clear communicator with strong organisational capability.
- Knowledge of packaging, prepress, print processes, colour management and automation is highly desirable.
- Passion for design and brand guideline adherence.
Salary – £34,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience and can be flexible for right candidate)
Location- Leeds City Centre (hybrid working)
Job Type – Permanent
Hours – Monday - Thursday 8:45am to 5:15pm 30 mins lunch, Friday 9am - 4pm 1 hours lunch
