As a result, they’re looking for a confident, experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take full ownership of the recruitment function while also contributing to wider strategic projects. The ideal candidate will bring experience recruiting internally within an SME setting and be comfortable managing high-volume hiring, particularly for junior to mid-level positions.

The Role
  • You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, while also playing a key role in shaping talent strategy and employer brand.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication, feedback, and a professional, engaging journey throughout the hiring process.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Creating engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborating with marketing to develop compelling content for the careers site and social channels to strengthen employer brand.
  • Driving improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Supporting wider employer branding initiatives to help the business stand out in a competitive market.
  • Using data and insights to refine and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Getting involved in broader talent and people projects as the business grows.
About You
  • This role needs someone who is both strategic and hands-on—someone who enjoys delivery but also wants to influence and improve.
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience (ideally in an in-house environment).
  • Confidence managing multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
