We are partnering with a fast-paced, busy team that specialises in senior-level recruitment who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to join them. This is a high-volume environment where attention to detail and pride in your work are essential. You will play a key role in supporting senior appointments, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, particularly working with senior-level professionals. What You’ll Do

  • Work at the heart of a busy team, supporting senior recruitment projects from start to finish with professionalism and precision.
  • Liaise with candidates, managing queries and providing a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Organise assignment schedules, client meetings, and ensure all planning runs smoothly.
  • Prepare detailed reports at all stages of recruitment assignments, including candidate longlists, shortlists, and references.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Research potential candidates and organisations to support search activities.
  • Support the preparation of client proposals, marketing initiatives, and recruitment events.
  • Provide diary management and administrative support to senior team members, including scheduling interviews and calls.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in recruitment support, ideally in temporary or permanent contracts.
  • Proven ability to manage competing demands and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other project or planning tools.
  • Analytical mindset to assess candidate suitability for senior-level appointments.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
