Our client based in North Leeds is looking for a permanent Sales Manager to join their Events team. Are you a driven and strategic sales professional who’s passionate about making a difference? In this role you will be identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue to support charitable activities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement a results-driven events sales strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, or clients
- Manage and grow existing relationships to maximise long-term value
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling proposals and offerings
- Track performance, report on KPIs, and adapt strategies based on insight
- Lead and motivate a small team (if applicable), fostering a high-performance culture
